A company is looking for a Team Leader, Clinical Teams.



Key Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day activities, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members
Acts as a medical and technical resource, assisting with clinical and system issues
Leads special projects and ensures compliance with regulations and standards


Required Qualifications

RN, PA, FNP or other APN certification
5+ years of relevant experience
Valid NC license or multistate compact license
Prior experience leading people, projects, or programs
For some roles, must be Certified Case Manager (CCM) upon hire or within 2 years
