A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I to respond to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility. Key Responsibilities Provide first call resolution to member inquiries about benefits, eligibility, and accessing care Document inquiries and complaints accurately in the computer database Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing job functions within established timeframes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of one year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology Comfortable working in a fully remote environment Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems Must pass a criminal background check and have no sanctions from federal or state healthcare programs |
