Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance for growth
Oversee personnel needs, including selection, coaching, training, and performance evaluation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Bagster & TRO experience
Call center or customer service experience
Supervisory or management skills
