A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.



Key Responsibilities:

Advocate for providers by resolving issues and answering inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
Provide service through multiple channels including phone and chat while effectively triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues and communicate solutions to providers promptly



Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work full-time hours
