A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Lead to oversee a team of Customer Service Advocates in a remote call center environment.



Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Enrollment Specialists, ensuring performance and morale
Oversee the member enrollment process for accuracy and compliance, conducting quality assurance reviews
Track and analyze KPIs related to enrollment and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement



Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team
Technical proficiency in timecard management, quality assurance, and KPI analysis
Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and take initiative
