A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative who will support inbound calls from US-based members/providers regarding health-related inquiries.



Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish, addressing healthcare benefit questions and concerns
Actively listen to customers to build rapport and provide essential information regarding access to care and benefits
Utilize knowledge systems to research customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with documented processes


Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health plan call center environment
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
Must have high computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
