| A company is looking for a Retail Construction Sourcing Consultant (Remote). Key Responsibilities Support the Project Management Team with sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for retail construction projects Develop and execute national contracting and procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with company standards Manage vendor relationships and performance, including contract maintenance and supplier certification processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Experience with standard contract terms for General Contractors and Design Consultants is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Experience in Construction Project Delivery and vendor management is preferred |
