A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) to provide exceptional service to Financial Professionals and their clients. Key Responsibilities Act as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients Listen empathetically to concerns and provide tailored solutions to meet current and future needs Advocate for policyholders and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently Required Qualifications, Training, and Education H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 0-2 years related experience Required; experience with life insurance/annuity products Preferred Ability to navigate multiple systems and resources Commitment to continuous improvement and participation in training programs Ability to work flexible hours between 8am and 8pm |
