Athlete Experience (AX) is a cross functional, OMNI initiative that is at the heart of DICK's transformation to become the best Sports Company in the World. Reporting to the EVP, Stores, you will be responsible for driving the definition and prioritization of Services and Performance experiences within the portfolio of our Athlete Experience (AX) transformation initiative, acting as the core business owner ( general manager ) to drive strategy through operations in our brick & mortar locations, leveraging digital enablement, accountable for outcomes and key results. Ideally this role will be based in Dick's corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, but we are open to considering a remote arrangement. Responsibilities include: Stakeholder Engagement

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader with strong execution and results-orientation and a demonstrated track record of successfully leading an idea/initiative from vision to strategy to execution - bringing it to life. This person will possess cross-functional, general management experience from a retail or consumer services business that serves its customers across multiple channels, with a particular focus on delivering digital products and experiences.
