Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignments
