A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Service Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a fully remote team of Customer Service Specialists and Team Leads Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Analyze key performance indicators and generate regular reports for leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years managing customer service teams in a remote environment At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related customer service role Strong understanding of healthcare organization engagement and support workflows Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring technologies is a plus |
