As a Regional Director, you will inspire your teams and cultivate partnerships across the network, driving execution of the vision and operational decision-making with a strong focus on client experience and hospitality.Responsibilities - Manage delivery of KPIs, Operational Excellence and our Retail signature.
- Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
- Ensure your region exemplifies best practices as per brand guidelines.
- Create specific business plans for each boutique and facilitate discussions with boutique managers to drive these plans through frequent visits and ongoing support.
- Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all boutique managers and their teams.
- Develop new business ideas that elevate clientelling opportunities.
- Partner with your VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issues.
- P&L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
- Manage operational execution (Policy and Procedure).
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are followed.
- Perform special projects as designated by management.Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a P&L.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and present different points of view.
- High level of etiquette - business and social.
- Ability to travel extensively (80%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power
Point, Excel). - SAP preferred.
