The Associate Manager contributes to the financial growth of the company by ensuring customer service exceeds beyond expectations, operational integrity in how we operate, and development and promotability of our human resources. They will be responsible for supporting the goals of the company and individual store. - Create and foster a database of Club Monaco customers
- Implement a Personal Shopper Program
- Provide unsurpassed customer service at all times
