This role is with a custom kitchen and cabinetry design company, specifically in the high-end custom home department. You will be dealing with luxury clients, designing and project managing custom design and installation of kitchens, closets, millwork, and cabinetry.Responsibilities: - Work with clients to understand their needs and wants for their custom home kitchen and cabinetry design plans.
- Utilize company products, fixtures, and modules to create custom layout and design plans.
- Visit sites to measure and assess spaces and ensure quality during installation.
- Work with Auto
CAD daily to design and detail the project. - Create construction details for installation.
- Apply knowledge of millwork and cabinetry installation to solve technical challenges and create designs within technical constraints.
- Manage client interactions throughout the process, ensuring strong customer service.
- Keep track of pricing and product quotes, managing accounting and invoicing for projects.
- Manage up to 25 individual projects in one year.MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Millwork experience is mandatory.
- 3+ years of Auto
CAD experience related to architectural design, with an understanding of construction details and building code requirements. - Ability to communicate clearly with customers and provide strong customer service.
- Understanding of residential kitchen and home design.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.MUST HAVE A VALID ONTARIO DRIVER'S LICENSE (Company vehicles are provided for site visits).Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
