Marketing Strategy and Operations Consultant
The Sage Group's Client, a leader in Data Intelligence and AI, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to join as a Marketing Strategy and Operations professional. In this role, you will be executing special projects for cross-marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, driving operational excellence by empowering efficient decision-making, identifying opportunities to optimize how we work, connecting the dots to extract more value, and incubating special projects that enhance all of our Marketing efforts.Job Duties:Standardize co-marketing deal structures:
  • Create an audit list of historical deals/contract terms across marketing sub-functions.
  • Create a framework/policy of standard and non-standard co-marketing terms.
  • Codify a menu of standard terms.
  • Develop a process to request, review, approve, and execute contract terms.
  • Create an enablement plan to ensure new policy and process are integrated and adopted.
  • Manage all communication with internal marketers and the cross-functional strategic pricing team, drive project management timelines and milestones, and provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other marketing leaders.Develop Core Enablement Program for Marketers:
  • Create a discovery document of all enablement requirements within Marketing.
  • Develop a proposal for the scope of the Core Enablement program (and non-scope).
  • Map out the curriculum required for enablement.
  • Create and execute a process for sourcing and maintaining content.
  • Develop a roll-out plan, including change management, communication, and training plan.
  • Manage all communication with internal marketers and the cross-functional enablement team, drive project management timelines and milestones, and provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other marketing leaders.Design and execute program management processes for CMO office:
  • Establish rigor on meeting management (e.g., meeting pipeline, pre-reads, summary notes).
  • Manage regular communications from the CMO office.Requirements:
  • Senior-level Marketing Strategy and Operations experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strategic and executional experience.
  • Experience with Asana and G Suite.
  • Experience from Data Intelligence Companies is a plus.
  • Prefer large tech company experience.Duration: 6+ month full-time contract
    Location: Remote, SF Bay Area preferred, PST hours
    Compensation: $90-100/hr. W2.
