A company is looking for a Director of Customer Service (100% Remote).



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Customer Support, Customer Success, and Tier 2 Technical Support teams
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance customer experiences and improve team efficiency
Establish KPIs and SLAs for customer-facing teams while implementing process improvements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's preferred
8+ years of experience in customer operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong understanding of customer support systems and CRM platforms
