A company is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries through various channels and provide timely resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to research and solve customer issues Document customer interactions and maintain positive relationships to support sales efforts Required Qualifications Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing support role, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Proficient typing skills (40+ words per minute) Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and manage escalations effectively |
