Key Responsibilities

Assist Kentucky residents with health benefits inquiries, including application status and password resets
Handle multiple call types and navigate various systems to input and interpret data
Maintain professionalism and adhere to a structured schedule while managing back-to-back calls



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume call centers
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Background and drug screening required
