Position: Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by: Developing staff Controlling expenses and shrinkage Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
All activities must adhere to Company policies and procedures.Minimum Requirements: - Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required
