Staff Management - SMX is hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers across multiple shifts for our premier client, Callaway Golf - a global leader in sporting goods.   • 1st shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM
  • Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and ranges 8-10 hours.     • Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is desired but not required
    • Training is provided to all new associates
    • Order picking with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
    • Perform general labor and support to multiple warehouse departments
    • Required to lift, sort, stack boxes and handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment
    • Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions
    • Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals
    • Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of 8-10 hour shift
    • Warehouse is NOT a climate controlled facility
    • Candidate must have the ability to read and understand English instructions for safety and training purposes
    • Will be expected to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse.
