The Superintendent is responsible for: - Collaborating with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
- Setting performance goals and deadlines
- Planning construction processes
- Supervising staff and provide constructive feedback
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
- Planning inspections
- Implementing safety and quality guidelines
- Keeping track of material, stock, and orders
- Ensuring the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Resolving on-site issues and emergencies
Profile
The right Superintendent will have: - 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Completed projects between $10-50M
- Ability to speak clearly & professionally, in both group and individual meeting settings
- Proficient with computer programs necessary
