As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Store Operations.Position Overview:The Director of Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic development of our stores. This leadership position will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and facilitating the opening of new stores in line with our expansion goals.Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all corporate and franchise stores. Establish and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures to uphold brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and customer service across all corporate stores. New Store Openings: Develop and execute plans for the successful opening of new franchise stores, approximately 5-10 per month. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) and operational staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to company standards. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture across all corporate and franchise stores. Collaboration with Franchisees: Work closely with franchisees to share best practices, ensure consistency in operations, and drive overall brand success. Collaborate with the franchise development team to provide insights for potential new franchisees.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior operational role within a multi-unit retail or franchise environment. Demonstrated success in opening and managing a network of retail stores. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
