| Ordering food and supplies for the kitchen Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients Creating and updating inventory lists Assisting in menu planning and development Training and supervising kitchen staff Work closely with Guests services and program Manager to develop menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of guests. All means are buffet style.
