A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate IV to resolve complex issues for members or providers. Key Responsibilities Assess and research customer service needs, initiating corrective actions as necessary Provide guidance and information to resolve complex member or provider inquiries Collaborate with teams to develop training materials and ensure adherence to policies Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required 4+ years of related experience required Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience Continuous learning education preferred Experience in a high-paced contact center environment is beneficial |
