Location: Scottsdale, AZ -Full time
The Store Manager will manage the Leads and Associates in daily store operations. Your purpose is to provide leadership in all processes and operations and be the example of superior customer service. You will be in charge of the location and the team working there. You must represent BYLT Basics' mindset and be a true ambassador of the brand.Description
Store Location: 7041 E Camelback Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85251ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and manage the daily operational tasks of the store
  • Inventory Management
    • Track inventory levels, shrink and communicate needs
    • Write and manage employee schedules
      • Communicate employee schedules in a timely manner
      • Design a daily & monthly efficient workflow schedule
      • Collaborate with other store managers and Head of Retail on establishing defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all of Retail Department
      • Disciplinary Actions for employees
      • Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions
        • Handle all customer escalations
        • Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
        • Communicate with HQ Leadership
        • Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures
        • Oversee and reconcile cash register drawers
        • Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
        • Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule
        • Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
          PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
          • Previous retail and supervisor experience
          • Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
          • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
          • Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
          • Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
          • Ability to motivate a team
          • BYLT product knowledge
          • Fast-paced energy level
