As a Team Leader, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead team members in your business area.About the Role - Establish and maintain relationships with hiring leaders to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms and trade associations
- Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits and employment practices
- Implement strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality team members
- Coach team members and business partners in the skill of behavioral interviewing on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices
- Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of their team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
- Lead and mentor their team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
About You - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of leadership experience
