What You'll Do:
  • Support our Shop Supervisors and Technicians by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth shop operations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain parts records.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, invoicing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with warranty claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a shop or transportation environment is a plus.
