Responsibilities: - - Keeps people in assigned positions according to the positioning chart.
- Becomes an expert at running the passe by calling tickets appropriately and controlling the pace of the kitchen to have the most efficient ticket times possible.
- Maintains prep levels that are needed and avoids outs at all costs.
- Delegates prep duties as needed.
- Ensure all food is plated properly.
- Delegate's cleaning duties as needed.
- Ensures breaks are given at the proper time.
- Helps to work with Shift Lead/General Manager to maintain morale.
- Helps to maintain safety protocols.
- Ensures all checklists and prep lists are completed.
