The Customer Service Specialist will support all aspects of the front office of the business, including answering incoming calls, providing general customer support, assisting with order/data entry and assisting the finance team with daily functions. Ability to provide exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty in a fast paced, metric driven environment, based on Quality of interactions and efficiency: Provide customer service and data entry for customers that contact the business by PHONE This is a seasonal opportunity from December - May 2025 AD STARR business hours are Monday - Friday 8A to 5P. Flexibility within the window of business hours. Weekends not required.
