About The Role
The Senior Inventory Analyst will monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple channels to align with business objectives. The role involves using data-driven insights to adjust inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. The analyst will track inventory metrics, generate reports, and develop dashboards to present performance insights. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency is a key responsibility. The position requires investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, including stockouts and errors between physical counts and system records.Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis is essential. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of retail math are crucial for success in this role. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience in omnichannel retail environments will be a significant advantage. The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities is necessary for this position. Advanced Excel skills are required, and familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
