In this role, you will serve our guests by making/serving smoothies, sharing product and health knowledge, engaging, and creating wonderful customer experiences.Responsibilities and Duties: - Operating blenders, serving, and selling healthy juices and smoothies
- Sharing nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensuring Loss Prevention and overseeing inventory discrepancies and stock levels
- Developing strong relationships with the community
- Scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, and developing associates
- Handling store operations and accounting (documentation, reporting, depositing)
- Verifying and approving employee hours
Qualifications and Skills: - Experience operating a POS system
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
- Good attention to details
- Must be a multitasker and thrive in a fun & fast-paced environment
