We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Regional Vice President for our multi-unit Restaurant franchisee.     Job Details

    Qualifications:
    1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR or restaurant industry.
    2. Proven experience in managing and growing a franchisee operation.
    3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    4. Excellent understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
    5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    6. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and financial data.
    7. Ability to travel regularly within the region to visit restaurant locations.
    8. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

    As a Permanent Regional Vice President, you will:
    1. Oversee all aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within the assigned region, including customer service, employee relations, inventory management, and financial performance.
    2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
    3. Work closely with restaurant district managers and trainers to ensure the consistent execution of brand standards and operational procedures.
    4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize profitability and efficiency.
    5. Lead and inspire teams to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
    6. Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to restaurant operations.
    8. Conduct regular visits to restaurants within the region to assess operations, provide feedback, and offer support.
