SUMMARY We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to lead and elevate food services at a major corporate campus. This role is pivotal in shaping exceptional dining experiences through innovative programs and high standards across retail, catering, and executive dining operations. RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will: Develop and implement cutting-edge culinary programs for diverse dining services, including corporate catering and high-profile board meals. Mentor, inspire, and lead the culinary team to achieve excellence in quality and service. Champion initiatives focused on sustainability, seasonal menus, wellness, and superior culinary craftsmanship. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and spearhead improvements in all areas of operation. Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling across all preparation areas. Oversee adherence to HACCP protocols from procurement through service delivery. Design creative offerings to enhance guest satisfaction, increase participation, and drive revenue. Ensure compliance with all policies and operational procedures. Take ownership of projects, setting a high standard for quality and execution. Exhibit a positive and proactive approach, fostering a culture of urgency and innovation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is strongly encouraged. 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in culinary management or kitchen operations. Expertise in planning and managing culinary aspects of catering events. Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of success in high-performance environments. Comprehensive knowledge of food trends, quality assurance, sanitation practices, cost control, and presentation techniques. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Certifications such as Serv Safe or HACCP are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
