Summary The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Transformation will play a crucial role in managing and tracking transformational initiatives that drive strategic and operational value for the Company. The Sr. Analyst will routinely interact with cross-functional leaders and ensure the seamless operations and success of the Transformation Office. Sr. Analyst in a Transformation Office should possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytics prowess, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for working closely with Initiative Owners and Project Managers across the Transformational efforts to identify the biggest risks to financial and operational delivery.
